How long will the entire shoot take?The process typically takes 1.5 to 2.5 hours at your location. *30 minutes for the interview *1-2 hours for b-roll footage (see above), depending on your business and location. We aim to be efficient while ensuring we capture everything needed to create high-quality video.

What if I don't have a lot of space or visuals to film?That's okay! We can work with any space to highlight your business creatively. If needed, we'll incorporate professional stock footage (or simple graphics and photos) to round out the video and ensure it looks polished and engaging.

What kind of questions will you ask during the interview?The interview will focus on what makes your business unique. Typical questions include: *What services or products do you offer? *What makes you business stand out? *How do you help your customers? Don't worry if you're not comfortable on camera --- we guide the process to make it feel natural and stress-free!

What is the process for creating a Vidlet?Once you book, we'll schedule a time to visit your location. During the shoot, we'll start with a brief interview (about 30 minutes) to capture your story and key messages. Then, we'll spend 1-2 hours gathering b-roll footage of your space, products, or services. Afterward, we'll edit your video and deliver it within 72 hours.

How quickly will I receive my completed video?Your video will be professionally edited and delivered within 72 hours. This fast turnaround allows you to start using your video for marketing as soon as possible.

Can I choose the style and tone of the video?YES! You can absolutely choose the style and tone of your video. Before the shoot, we'll discuss your vision. Whether you want something warm and inviting, modern and sleek, or energetic and fun, we will tailor the video to fit your brand's personality. And don't worry. If you're not sure, we have so much experience shooting these types of videos that we can gladly guide you towards something that you will be happy with and will also be beneficial to your business.

In the above answer, you mentioned b-roll. What is that?B-roll is supplemental footage that visually supports your story; like shots of your products, workspace, or interactions with customers. It adds depth and professionalism to the video. If there isn't much to shoot on-site, we can supplement with high-quality stock footage (no additional charge) to ensure the video feels complete.

What's included in the final video?The final video is a polished, 45-90 second clip that includes: *Interview highlights. *B-roll footage of your location, products or services. *Background music and any necessary stock footage. We ensure it's ready for use on websites, social media, or other platforms.

Can I request changes after the video is delivered?Yes! We will include ONE round of revisions to ensure you're completely satisfied with the final product. *Additional revisions can be accommodated for a small fee.

You can also call 216.744.6820, but be sure to leave a message. We are often on shoots and have our ringers turned off to not disrupt the recording.
